After a long career in the  Information Technology (IT) field, the sudden death of a brother and attendance at a speaking engagement by Dr. Jeffry D. Millman piqued my interest in past life regression work.  From there I read many books, attended various seminars on past life experiences, and then followed my interest to formal training and certification in past life and between life regression therapy.  

Regression therapy then became my new career.  Utilizing my new credentials and knowledge, I began facilitating past life and between life soul regressions for individuals and holding workshops to introduce the concept that our soul memory carries all knowledge of past life experiences that impact our present lives.

My goal with regression work is to help people.  Experiencing past life and between life regressions most often brings clarity, awareness, insight, and healing to those who have been searching.

In addition to a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, an MBA, and a Certification in Project Management, I am also a Certified Past Life and Between Life Regression Therapist, having been trained by Dr. Linda Backman of the Raven Heart Center in Colorado.  I live and work in Reno, Nevada as well as the Big Island of Hawaii and I take appointments in both locations. I also use Zoom to facilitate sessions with clients who cannot meet with me in person.

I grew up in the western portion of the U.S., spending most of my life in northern Nevada.  My husband and I are avid hikers and we had the beautiful experience of walking the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage trail across Spain in the spring of 2022, a 500-mile journey.  Though walking the Camino can be a  spiritual journey for most, the result for me was a deeper spiritual connection with nature.

As I have worked as a regression therapist for several years now, I have come across many people who were not familiar with the topic of past life regression.  For this reason, I recently published my first book: Into Your Soul - a Beginner's Guide to Past Life Regression.  This book is my initial effort to introduce the concepts on a broader scale and help people learn about the true depth of their souls.
